Scientifier is an online language learning platform that provides:

• Interactive language lessons and courses
• Spaced repetition flashcard system
• AI-powered tutoring and chatbot assistance
• 1-on-1 coaching sessions with verified tutors
• Group immersion labs
• Progress tracking and gamification features

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer three subscription tiers: Starter (Free), Pro, and Elite. Features and pricing are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Charges occur at the start of each billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings

4.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share copyrighted lesson content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Scientifier (lessons, videos, audio, text, graphics) is owned by Scientifier or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our AI chatbot (Scienti) provides educational assistance. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.

8. Tutoring Sessions

1-on-1 tutoring sessions are provided by independent contractors. Scientifier facilitates connections but is not responsible for tutor conduct. Disputes should be reported to support@scientifier.com.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

Scientifier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
