Meaning of the "verified" marker

A supplier marked "verified" means only this: DisTicaret has sighted the supplier's trade registry record and tax number. The marker is not a representation as to product quality, production capacity, financial standing or ability to perform.

Prices

Prices shown on the Platform are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. A binding price is given only by a written, time-limited quotation, which lapses automatically on expiry. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, freight and insurance.

Payment safety

DisTicaret does not collect the price of goods, does not provide escrow and does not act as a payment intermediary. Buyers pay the seller directly, using the payment instrument they have agreed.

Sanctions and export control

The parties are themselves responsible for the transaction's compliance with sanctions, embargo and export-control legislation. DisTicaret reserves the right to decline to intermediate any transaction it considers suspicious.
