2. Data processed

• Identity and contact: name, title, email, phone, country, company name, tax number
• Commercial request data: product requested, quantity, target price, destination, timing
• Security: IP address, browser information, session records, consent records

3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Transfers abroad

Given the nature of a foreign-trade service, your contact details may be transferred to a counterparty abroad once a deal is agreed. That transfer happens only after your explicit consent, at the introduction step. Until you consent, neither your identity nor your contact details are disclosed to the counterparty.

5. Retention

Commercial books and records: 10 years. Marketing contact data: until you object, and in any event no longer than 3 years.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request correction or erasure, object to processing, and claim compensation for damage. Send requests to bourama.phd@gmail.com; they are answered within 30 days at the latest.

7. Cookies

The Platform uses strictly necessary cookies only — session management, language preference and CSRF protection. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
